VPN built on WireGuard
Encrypt your connection
on any network
WrapVPN encrypts the traffic between your device and our servers. On iPhone, iPad and Mac, Auto-Connect can start the VPN whenever you join a Wi-Fi network.
01 · The app
The tunnel runs in the background
Once you connect, a system service maintains the tunnel, so closing the app does not disconnect you. The app shows the server you are connected to, the protocol and how long you have been connected.

Connect in one tap
There are no configuration files or keys to import. When you connect, the app requests a configuration for the selected server location from our server, then brings the tunnel up. The WireGuard handshake takes one round trip, where older protocols need several.
Choose a location or use the fastest
Each location in the server list shows its latency, and the app can select the fastest location for you. Changing location closes the tunnel and opens a new one at the new location.
Live connection details
The app shows live throughput, data used, refused ad and tracker lookups and a session timer. The blocked counter counts DNS lookups that were refused, not advertisements hidden on a page.
02 · Features
Six layers in every plan
Select a layer to see how it works. Two of them depend on a setting: Auto-Connect, available on iPhone, iPad and Mac, is off by default, and Clean Web, available on every platform, is on by default only on Android.
Speed
No plan is throttled
WireGuard adds little overhead to each connection, and no plan, including the free plan, is throttled or has a data cap. The speed you get depends on your own network and on the distance to the exit server.
04 · Security and data
What WrapVPN is built on, and what it stores
This section covers the protocol WrapVPN uses, the records it keeps and how its exit servers are managed.
The protocol
WireGuard is small enough to review in full
The effort of a security review grows with the size of the code under review. WireGuard's core is small enough for one person to read in full, while older VPN protocols are many times larger.
Line counts are approximate and shown for illustration. Smaller code is easier to review but is not necessarily more secure.

Stored data
What WrapVPN stores
Exit servers capture traffic and, every hour, summarise it for each tunnel address: the data volume and the addresses and domain names reached. Summaries can be linked to your account and are kept for 90 days. Raw capture files are deleted once each summary is produced.
Infrastructure
Exit servers managed by our team
Our team adds and retires exit servers frequently, and none are created automatically. The server list in the app shows the current locations and the latency to each.

06 · FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions about WrapVPN.
What is WrapVPN?
WrapVPN is a VPN service built on WireGuard, with apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android, Android TV and Windows. Paid plans are weekly or monthly, with a one-day plan on Google Play; there is no annual plan.
Do you keep logs of my activity?
Yes. We record when your account connects and disconnects, the exit server used and the length of each session. Exit servers also capture traffic to produce hourly summaries for each tunnel address, which list the addresses and domain names reached, can be linked to your account and are kept for 90 days. We cannot read the content of HTTPS traffic, but unencrypted traffic can be read on the exit server. The Privacy Policy lists everything we keep.
Which platforms are supported?
WrapVPN has native apps for iPhone and iPad, Android and Android TV, Mac and Windows, and one account works on all of them. The apps require iOS 15, macOS 12, Android 8.0 or 64-bit Windows 10 version 2004, or a later version. There is currently no Linux app, browser extension or router version.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes three one-hour sessions a week, shared by all devices on your account and reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Each session lasts one hour from when it starts, even if you disconnect. Every server location is available, no card is required, and paid plans have no session-length limit.
How do I pay?
Plans are paid for through the App Store or Google Play, using the payment method on your store account. The Windows app does not sell plans: subscribe on an iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android device, then sign in on Windows with the same account. Plans cannot be bought on the website.
Is WrapVPN fast?
WireGuard completes its handshake in one round trip and adds little overhead, and no plan is throttled or has a data cap. The speed you get depends on your own network and on the distance to the exit server.
Start with the free plan
The free plan includes three one-hour sessions a week, with the same features as the paid plans. No card is required.
